Job Details:
Minimum four years of experience in supporting medium to large applications, working directly with internal/external customers, and minimum two years of experience providing user support of Windows, network and custom business applications required.
Broad experience with IT infrastructure, Networking, DNS, data/voice as well as MS Windows and MS Office applications.
Must develop a working knowledge of assigned company products, interact effectively with other technical and non-technical resources, and quickly establish comfortable and effective working relationships.
Demonstrate ability to analyze and evaluate complex data. Multitasking required. Candidate should be a team player, quick learner, able to take independent thoughtful business decisions.
The Major Incident Management team is a 24x7 operation requiring the candidate to be part of a three-shift duty plan. However, the team is regionalized across APAC, EMEA and AMER allowing staff to work in their local time zone primarily.
The candidate must show commitment and seriousness being responsible for handling corporate escalations and Major Incidents.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills with a very strong command of the English language.
